Pansophia Academy Enrollment

Re-enrollment

Students at Pansophia must re-enroll annually, to guarantee their placement for the following school year. Pansophia strives to keep class sizes small and in order to do that, we often have to place students on a wait list. To guarantee not being placed on the wait list, re-enrollment forms must be filled out within the given time frame. After the re-enrollment period all unclaimed placements are filled from the wait list.

Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment occurs immediately following Re-enrollment. Open enrollment invites any families in Branch County to reserve your placement at the academy for the next school year. Open enrollment is limited and the spaces fill up quickly. Open enrollment typically begins in April.

Enrollment Process

The first step in enrolling a new student at Pansophia Academy is filling out an enrollment application. This can be downloaded here or picked up in the office.

The application must be accompanied by the student's discipline reports for the current school year. Depending on the student's grade level, a transcript or most recent report card may also be required. Policies on getting this information varies from school to school; in some cases the parent or guardian must request and get the documents. Office staff at Pansophia will assist you in procuring any necessary documents.

Once the completed application and all necessary documentation have been submitted, they will be forwarded to the Academy's leadership team for review. Parents will be contacted when the leadership team has made a decision (typically 2-5 school days).

If the student is accepted for enrollment, the next step is to fill out an enrollment packet, which can be downloaded here or picked up in the office.

Please note there may not be space in all grade levels. Completing an application does not guarantee enrollment in the Academy.
